If there is any questions, or misunderstanding regarding the instructions, please let me know.All items are described to the best of my ability. I look each item over to see if there are flaws, cracks, nicks, etc. I take a LOT of photos to make sure you have the best view of the items that I possibly can. The photos are part of my description, If you have any questions, or concerns please contact me and I will answer whatever I can OR try to find the answer for you. I descrbe the flaws to the best of my ability.I check over the items again before I ship. If an item is different than I have described when I ship, I will contact you and let you know. This has happened once during my years with e-bay but want this to be covered. When I ship, I pack the item with what I think is best, sometimes newspaper, sometimes bubble wrap, sometimes with cloth, etc. I pack the item the best I am able. If it needs a larger box or more packing, I will pay for the difference. I leave the option to ship with a different mode of transportation than described. Such as UPS vs USPS, etc. If I quote a price for shipping, I will NOT contact you to say it was more than expected. I made the mistake, I cover the difference. This runs both ways. If a shipping is a few dollars over, I will not refund the money. If it is a LOT over, I WILL refund the difference. Most months, I run even with shipping at the end of month versus what I charge. Last but not least, when I ship a item it has been looked over at least three times, many times more. If the item is received with something other than I have indicated, most likely it occurred in shipping. At which point, you need to contact me and the post office if it is insured. If the item is NOT insured, I will not refund money for shipping loss. If it is insured you will need to contact the post office for refunds. I do have a return policy but it is determined on a piece by piece policy and it is subject to positive feedback on both sides. Please do not contact me to pull an item while it has bids on it to sell to you as a buy now. Do not contact me to list a lower price on a item being shipped to out of the country than what you paid for it.The majority of the bidders on E-Bay are a wonderful, friendly group of people.
