I will try to enter the custom form number, but this does not help 99% of the time. I found that it becomes helpful for several Canadian orders when the custom hold and inspect the items. Most Oversea shipment reach within 2 weeks after the item is shipped. However, if you choose to ship USPS First Class service, sometimes, items can takes more than 6-8 weeks to deliver, and it is untraceable. Electric Breastpump Power Voltage Information:If you are purchasing breasptump, the A/C adapter/ tranformer is 110V, if your country uses different voltage, then you can do any of the followings:1. Purchase a Medela oversea A/C adapter/transformer.2. Use batteires to operate the breastpump, most breastpump comes with a battery pak (Batteries not included)3. Get a power converter in your country, and use Medela standard US A/C adapter/transformer to operate the breastpump. Warranty Info: All Medela breastpumps are brand new sealed therefore most do have warranty. Please contact Medela directly for any warranty works. Medela does not shipped oversea therefore there is no warrany for item shipping to oversea including Canada location. I do not handle any warranty transaction. Shipping Timeline: I normally ship the item out on the next business day after the payment is cleared. If I am not able to ship out the item the next 2 business days for some reasons, I will try to notify the buyer as soon as I could.. Paypal payment option: Paypal eCheck method does takes about 5 business days to be cleared; and item will not be shipped out until the payment is cleared. Paypal Instant payment / Paypal Credit Card method usually means that your item should be shipped on the next business days (unless I contacted you to inform you of another shipment date). Estimated Shipment Arrival Timeline: Item should arrive within 1 week within 48 states in U.S. after it is shipped. However, please give a day or two in case there is a delay in mail transit time.
